Use step by step instructions that stay on top in a small window while trying to create the various operations in the program. sort of an in place tutorial that can be executed while the information window stays on top of all other windows.

I found it pretty hard to follow the wizards correctly even though I'm an advanced computer user. The description of each option needs to be more specific as well.

Add option to create existing hard-drive image for System drive C:\ This would allow a complete recovery in the event of hard-drive failure or other system disaster.

As an additional option to the "Look Ma, No Hands !" CD generation, please include the generation of an interactive CD from the source PC's OS that's able to perform some recovery tasks, too - i.e. CHKDSK, some kind of text editor, a command line...
